Hi, my name is Perla. I will most likely be the first face you see when you enter our practice. I have been in the orthodontic field since 2018! Greeting patients for their first visit and scheduling for their last appointment is so exciting as I get to see their full smile transformation, start to finish. My parents are Mexican, so thanks to them I am fluent in Spanish. In my free time I am either relaxing or traveling with my husband and our two beautiful kiddos.

Hi! My name is Lana . I have been an orthodontic assistant for over 10 years and I love the job. The best part of orthodontics is seeing patients transition from being overly shy and insecure about their smiles, to having an undeniable confidence and wanting to smile all the time. It is incredible to know that when patients have completed their treatment that their self-confidence has increased because of their new smile and that I have played a part in the process. I feel very fortunate that my work allows me to see these changes in our amazing patients. In my personal life, I have been blessed with a wonderful husband and 4 beautiful kids.

Hi! My name is Osweydi. I am the assistant you will most likely see with a sticker on her shirt and wearing animated crocs! I have been in the dental field for 10 years and I have done a little bit of everything, but orthodontics always feels like home to me. I love that I can bond with patients, yet at the same time work on giving them a great smile! I myself have gone through orthodontic treatment and know what patients experience with their braces and invisalign. I love the confidence my smile has given me. In my spare time I am usually with my two doggies and my two brothers. I also love baking and anime.

Hi, my name is Stephany! I have been an orthodontic assistant for 1 year. I was borned and raised here in the great PNW and fortunate enough to be able to speak both English and Spanish. Having braces as a child made me become interested in the orthodontic world and how everything works. I have found love in starting patients and seeing the way that we completely change a child or adult’s life by giving them an amazing smile. I also love being able to help the hispanic community in learning about themselves or their child’s treatment. When I am not at work, I love spending time with my amazing 4 year old, going on walks, doing my makeup and playing video games.
